Research & Advocacy on Biomass and other Climate Justice issues
My interviews with impacted communities are at the center of my research into biomass' unjust and false "climate solution" claims. Beginning as an honors thesis at Bowdoin College, this work will be presented at the IASNR Conference in October 2022, and has informed nonprofits, government stakeholders, and community organizers in the work ongoing on the ground to oppose the growth of this greenwashed, dangerous industry across the American South.
